Lousal, from Mine to Real Estate Project

In Lousal, a large portion of the land is owned by SAPEC, which plans a major development – the Essência project – involving the construction of 800 to 1200 homes to attract 1500 to 2000 seniors in an area of 222 hectares, with 89,000 square meters of construction, covering the municipalities of Grândola and Santiago do Cacém. Greenvolt and the SAPEC Group bring clean and cheaper energy to the companies in the Mitrena Peninsula, in Setúbal.

Greenvolt Comunidades, a company of the Greenvolt Group, will create a Renewable Energy Community with several companies from the SAPEC Group operating in the Sapec Bay Industrial Park in the Mitrena Industrial Zone in Setúbal.
